BERNARDS – The Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services invites artists of all ages who live or work in Somerset County to submit photos or slides of their work for an art show, which will be held in honor of Older Americans Month.
On May 17, the center will host an Evening of the Arts, showcasing the talent of local artists, with an art show followed by a special concert by world-renown classical guitarist Giovanni DeChiaro. Artwork will be offered for sale, with a small percentage donated to the Somerset County Nutrition Program to benefit senior center activities.
The deadline for submitting entries is Monday, May 6. The artwork will be on display at the Somerset County Senior Wellness Center, located at 202 Mt. Airy Rd, between May 13 and July 22.

Entries must be identified and offered for sale. A list of all submissions should be included on a separate sheet of paper, providing artist name, address, phone number, title, dimensions and media type.
